MEMBANGUN DISIPLIN KERJA DI ERA ADAPTASI DIGITAL: PERAN IKLIM KERJA, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN BUDAYA KERJA DI LINGKUNGAN PERGURUAN TINGGI

Perubahan lanskap kerja akibat digitalisasi dan dinamika pasca pandemi menuntut organisasi, termasuk perguruan tinggi, untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memuaskan, dan positif guna mendukung disiplin karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan budaya kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan populasi sebanyak 139 pegawai, dengan sampel 58 responden yang dipilih melalui proportional random sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 83,1% terhadap variasi disiplin kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, serta penguatan budaya kerja sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan disiplin pegawai di perguruan tinggi, khususnya dalam konteks kerja fleksibel dan berbasis teknologi
