LEX NUSANTARA: Journal of Lex Syar’i and Positive Law is a scholarly journal published by Lembaga Berugak Baca and issued twice a year, in June and December. This journal serves as an academic publication platform that deeply explores the relationship, comparison, and integration between Islamic Law and Positive Law, both in theoretical and practical contexts.

The primary objective of this journal is to foster critical and constructive academic discourse on the role and contribution of Islamic law in the development of the national legal system, and vice versa. The journal provides a space for scholarly dialogue among academics, researchers, legal practitioners, and students interested in legal issues from a multidisciplinary perspective.

All published articles are open access and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), which allows anyone to read, cite, reproduce, and distribute the work with proper attribution.

LEX NUSANTARA does not charge any article processing fees (APC-free) to authors for the publication of their articles.
