LEX NUSANTARA: Journal of Lex Syar’i and Positive Law focuses on scholarly studies that explore the dialectics, comparison, and integration between Islamic Law and Positive Law across various aspects of legal life in both Indonesian and global contexts.
The journal accepts research articles, conceptual studies, and critical reviews relevant to the journal’s main theme—particularly those addressing contemporary legal issues involving the interaction between the two legal systems.
