LEX NUSANTARA: Journal of Lex Syar’i and Positive Law focuses on scholarly studies that explore the dialectics, comparison, and integration between Islamic Law and Positive Law across various aspects of legal life in both Indonesian and global contexts.

The journal accepts research articles, conceptual studies, and critical reviews relevant to the journal’s main theme—particularly those addressing contemporary legal issues involving the interaction between the two legal systems.

• Comparative studies between Islamic Law and Positive Law (national or international)

• Integration of Sharia norms into the state legal system

• Legislation and public policy related to the principles of Islamic law

• Juridical analysis of family law, Islamic economic law, criminal law, civil law, and constitutional law

• Challenges in applying Islamic law within pluralistic societies

• Contributions of Islamic legal thought to national legal reform
