Screening for Plagiarism Policy
To maintain scientific integrity and publication quality, LEX NUSANTARA: Journal of Lex Syar’i and Positive Law enforces a strict plagiarism policy for all submitted manuscripts.
Plagiarism Check Procedure:
-
Every submitted manuscript undergoes plagiarism screening using leading anti-plagiarism software such as Turnitin or similar tools.
-
Manuscripts with a similarity index above 25% will be automatically rejected without further review.
-
If the similarity index approaches the threshold, authors will be given the opportunity to revise and reduce the similarity before the manuscript can proceed for further processing.
Author’s Commitment:
-
Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are original works and do not plagiarize others’ work.
-
Proper citations and references must be fully included in accordance with applicable citation standards.
-
Authors are responsible for all legal and ethical consequences in cases of plagiarism violations.
Actions in Case of Violation:
-
If plagiarism is discovered after publication, the journal reserves the right to retract the article and notify relevant parties.
-
Serious violations may result in authors being blacklisted from future submissions to this journal.
This policy is implemented to uphold the trust of readers and the academic community in the quality and authenticity of the works published in our journal.
