LEX NUSANTARA: Journal of Lex Syar’i and Positive Law is committed to ensuring long-term access and preservation of all published content. To support this, the journal implements the following digital archiving policies:

1. Automated Archiving Systems

This journal utilizes LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS to ensure that each article remains permanently accessible, even in the event of technical disruptions to the main server.

  • LOCKSS: Journal content is stored and distributed across multiple university libraries worldwide.

  • CLOCKSS: A community-based archiving system that guarantees continued open access to content in case of a system failure.

2. Institutional Repositories

Authors are permitted to archive the pre-print, post-print, and final published versions of their articles in:

  • Institutional or university repositories

  • Public repositories such as Garuda, Indonesia OneSearch, or arXiv

  • Personal websites or private repositories

3. Internal Backup

The journal performs regular backups both locally and on the cloud to ensure data security and recovery in case of data loss or damage.

4. External Indexing and Archiving

Once published, articles are indexed and archived in various databases and indexing platforms, including:

  • Google Scholar

  • Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital)

  • Indonesia OneSearch (National Library of Indonesia)

  • Crossref (via DOI registration)
