Hubungan Penggunaan Gadget Terhadap Minat Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V Mi Mamba’ul Ulum Jurit

Abstract
This research aims to analyze the relationship between gadget use and interest in studying in class V students at MI Mamba'ul Ulum Jurit. Excessive use of gadgets can have a negative impact on student learning outcomes, although gadgets also have positive benefits if used wisely. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the use of gadgets has a significant influence on students' interest in learning. Gadgets can be effective learning tools if used appropriately, but uncontrolled use can reduce interest in learning. The most influential type of gadget is the smartphone, with interactive and educational learning applications that can increase interest in learning. The main obstacles found included lack of parental supervision, unrestricted access to non-educational content, and distractions from gaming and social media. In conclusion, the use of gadgets has a positive and negative impact on students' interest in learning, depending on how they are used.
